5.1 All deposits to an sl998 Account are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sl998 does not accept foreign currency deposits. No currency conversion is applied by sl998 to any transaction.

5.4 Deposits must be made from a payment account (bank account or e-wallet) that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your verified sl998 Account. sl998 will reject deposits originating from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be reversed to the originating account, and the sl998 Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.5 sl998 is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider. Where a deposit has been debited from your payment account but has not credited to your sl998 Wallet within the expected processing window, you must contact sl998 support with proof of the transaction (bank transaction reference number or e-wallet receipt).
5.6 Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to an administrative review before withdrawal, at sl998's sole discretion, as a fraud and money-laundering prevention measure.

6.5 sl998 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, where the withdrawal amount is large, where the Account history shows unusual betting patterns, or where sl998's risk and compliance team flags the transaction for review. Withdrawals subject to enhanced due diligence may be delayed by up to five (5) business days.
6.6 Bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the applicable promotion. No withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be processed until all wagering requirements have been fully met.
6.7 sl998 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which sl998 has no control.

7.2 Each bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering Requirements and eligible games are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
7.3 Game contribution rates apply to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) and sportsbook bets typically contribute at a reduced rate. Crash games and specific excluded titles may contribute 0%. 7.4 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

In the event of a palpable error, sl998 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the stake to the Player's Wallet.
8.4 The outcome of all live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger) is determined by the relevant game studio's live dealing procedures. sl998 does not control game outcomes in live casino and acts solely as a platform provider passing Player bets to the studio's certified random dealing environment.

13.2 Upon Account closure for cause (i.e., as a result of a breach), sl998 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Wallet balance pending the outcome of an investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.
13.3 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting sl998 customer support. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment account after deducting any outstanding obligations (including unmet wagering requirements on active bonuses).
13.4 A Player who has voluntarily closed their Account and wishes to re-register must contact sl998 support. Re-registration is subject to sl998's approval and may require fresh KYC verification.
